Most of these originate from curcumin, a compound found in turmeric.     Add some Haldi powder, ginger slices, and pepper in a pot of boiling water. Let this boil for 10 minutes. Now, strain the water and add some lime juice and honey into it.

    Tulsi tea

    This superfood has all the antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties, thereby improving your immunity. Tulsi tea can help prevent respiratory illnesses and reduce phlegm if you have a cough. It is also known to overcome stress, as it lowers the levels of cortisol which is a stress hormone in the body. Tulsi also reduces blood sugar and cholesterol levels in the body.

    Add some ginger, holy basil leaves(Tulsi), and cardamom powder to the pot of some boiling water. Strain the water after boiling for 10 minutes. Add some honey and lime juice to it. You can also experiment to get the goodness of ginger and tulsi in one cup.

    Lemon tea 

    Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C, an essential nutrient that boosts immunity. Drinking warm or hot lemon water early in the morning boosts your digestive system. It has antioxidant properties that also support weight loss and relieve chest infections and phlegm when suffering from a cold and cough. Its anti-inflammatory properties can fight acne and eczema, improving your skin health too.

    Add turmeric, lime juice, and a dash of honey to boiling water.

    Peppermint tea 

    Peppermint is known for its cooling properties and to relieve digestive problems like bloating and indigestion. The aroma of this is also said to reduce nausea and vomiting. Peppermint works as a muscle relaxant and can ease headaches and menstrual cramps.
