- 2 florets of Broccoli
- ½ cup chopped Red Onion
- 8 slices Bacon or Coconut Bacon (Vegetarian option)

- Cooking Oil for deep frying
For Dressing:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
