    We all are aware of the fact that our bodies consist of 75% water. Though, it doesn’t receive as much importance as it should. That may be due to the negligence or unawareness of people about the benefits of water. 

    Our body requires proper hydration to carry forward quotidian activities. According to research, women require approx. 2.7 lt. of water, and men require 3.7 lt. of water.

    However, the requirement doesn’t solely depend on gender. Some other factors like the temperature of your area, your physical activities, and whether a woman is pregnant or not also matter. 

    If you live in a hot and humid area then you require more water than those who live in a cold area. Similarly, if you do exercise daily or conduct grueling tasks then you ask for more water. The same goes with pregnancy, if you are expecting then you will require an equal for two.

    Indians are famous for their love for authentic tea. Teas can be a great way of keeping yourself hydrated by adding some flavors. You can have tea without milk and still, it will not lose its essence. It will increase your water intake.

    Even if you don’t drink tea you can choose black, green and white tea. They will add only flavor to your taste buds. Another benefit is that tea has zero calories in it.

    You must have heard that you should drink water before every meal. If not, then you should follow this advice. As it has several benefits like aids in weight loss also keeps your diet in control.
