- Red Chilli Powder ½ tbsp
- Green chilli, finely Chopped 2 (optional)
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp as per your choice
- Chaat Masala 1 tbsp or 2 tbsp (as per your taste)
- 2 Boiled sweet potato or boiled potato (as per your choice)
- Few lemon slices or coriander leaves for garnishing.
- Black salt or rock salt as per your taste.
Method
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above, other than salt and lemon juice, with sprouted beans in a container (bowl).
- Add some salt, lemon juice and garnish with lemon slices and coriander leaves just before serving. It will make it look more appetizing.
Sprout Tikki
Ingredients:
- Moong Dal Sprouted 1 Cup
- Brown Chana, boiled and sprouted 1 Cup
- Salt to taste
- Green (hare chane) boiled and sprouted 1 Cup
- Fresh coriander leaves 4 tbsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- To shallow fry oil
- Cumin (Jeera) Powder 1 tbsp
- For shallow frying you require Besan Flour.
Method
- Add the sprouts, salt and mash it with a potato masher. Also include the chopped coriander into fine pieces and place them into a bowl. Then mix it properly.
- Also then add red chilli powder, Jeera Powder, Chaat Masala and mix them thoroughly.
- Put your non-stick pan and turn on the gas. Heat a little amount of oil. Then mould the mixture into small cutlets shape and then roll them in besan flour and place in the pan for shallow frying.
- Have a look on both sides as they should be evenly golden. Flip over whenever required.
