Here are some DELICIOUS recipes that will help to support your right choice!
Fasci-Pumpkin-Ating !
Do you know that throughout your body there is fascia,a connective tissue that holds every structure in place? It protects you and helps you move easy; it tightens up and restricts by stress, anxiety, lack of movement, posture. Nutritious food and lots of water are one part of the equation that help it stay healthy. What’s more, add in a few drops of CBD oil ( which reduces anxiety) and you get a perfect mixture for your fascia, therefore overall wellness! Try this one out:
- 120g Pumpkin puree
- 20g Pumpkin protein powder ( or another of your choice )
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 30g Corn Flakes ( look for sugar and gluten free, organic)
- 1 tsp almond nut butter or almonds
CBD oil
- Combine and blend the pumpkin, pumpkin protein powder, and cinnamon. You can do this in a blender or with a fork.
- Put it in a bowl
- Add the cornflakes and almond butter ( or almonds) on top ( this step is completely optional)
- Serve and IN- JOY!
Almonds are the preferred option here because almonds contain vitamin E, an antioxidant- antioxidants neutralize free radicals which damage the collagen cells. Vitamin E also acts together with vitamin C for collagen synthesis. Our fascia (and many other structures in our body) is made up of collagen fibers which means almonds overall support fascia’s maintenance and formation.
Spring Chill
These days it’s very hard for so many of us to simply chill and relax. Prepare this recipe and let it remind you on the importance of relaxation any time you serve yourself with it.
- 50 g puffed rice
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup ( or sweetener of choice)
- 350 g applesauce
- 1-2 tbsp cashew butter
- ¼ cup pumpkin protein ( or of other choice)
Berries of choice
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Put the mixture in a container and freeze for at least 2h
- Decorate with extra fruit such as berries on top
- Slice it in pieces
- Chill with it!
You can keep this in the freezer for up to a month.
Felix Felicis Magic
If you’ve watched Harry Potter you will remember this potion- Felix Felicis- it is a “good luck” potion. If you think in terms of energy, you might discover that all drinks you are drinking are “potions” because they have an effect on you immediately or afterwards. This is one beautiful drink that will cheer up your day and if you drink it with the intention of good luck it might as well work with you! However keep in mind that if you need luck to get what you want and don’t get it, that still is working in your favor- you cannot have it all, when one door closes, another opens.
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250ml vegan milk ( almond, cashew, rice)
- 1 tbsp sweetener (maple, agave, coconut sugar- optional)
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined
- If you are opting for a hot drink feel free to heat it up until boiling point
- Add the last final crucial ingredient- your mental intention for good luck and drink up!
Note that liquid sweetener works much better in this recipe than granulated one
